Hi Terry, I just wanted to drop you a note and personally thank you for fabricating the shaft for us last week and doing it in less than 1 day. Because of the specialized equipment we use, there is only place in the U.S. we could get that part and it was going to take a week to get it. You saved us thousands of dollars a day by getting our machine up and running for us. Again we really appreciate the great service you’ve given us over all these years. There has yet to be a time when you and your staff couldn’t fix or make a part for us or to come up with ways to improve or make them last longer.
